Making a complex platform feel simple.

Fieldforce builds the software that runs infrastructure projects end to end. We made it look and feel that way, across the marketing site, the enterprise platform, and the field app.

The challenge

A powerful platform, buried under its own complexity.

Infrastructure projects pull operators, municipalities, vendors, contractors, and field crews into one process. Most of them were still running it on paper, email, and spreadsheets.

Fieldforce already had the technology to pull all of that together. It just did not feel unified yet, not for an executive reading a dashboard, and not for a technician working off a phone in the field.

01

Too many messages

A broad product suite with no single thing it stood for.

02

Dense workflows

Real operational data that still had to move fast on screen.

03

Split contexts

Office and field teams working the same job on different devices.

How we solved it

One system, from the website to the field.

The same brand, patterns, and logic on the marketing site, the enterprise app, and the mobile workflows.

We tightened the brand around one promise: enabling the infrastructure of the future. Then we built a visual system that holds up everywhere it shows up.

Inside the product, dense operational data became clear hierarchies, reusable controls, and task-first mobile flows. Patterns that scale across every module, not just the ones we touched first.

02 · Product UX/UI

One system for high-density enterprise screens.

Dashboards, tables, forms, and controls in one visual language, so teams can scan, decide, and act without losing the detail underneath.

The results

A platform that finally reads as one.

Fieldforce now tells one story, from the first pitch to a field crew closing a ticket. Buyers get it faster, and users move through deployment and asset work without relearning the interface on every screen.

The design system is the part that keeps paying off. New modules, use cases, and sales decks all start from patterns that already exist, on a platform that publicly reports more than $10 billion in managed assets.
