Making AI feel real, before it was everywhere.
We've been MITAI's design partner since 2017. The brand, the website, the stage, every launch in between. Ten editions and counting.

Build a brand for an idea the world hadn’t caught up with yet.
In 2017, AI was already changing research and industry. Most people just weren’t talking about it yet. MITAI needed to stand out in a crowded field of tech events, and make serious ideas feel welcoming instead of intimidating.
That challenge comes back every year. Each edition needs its own theme, but still has to feel like MITAI. It has to be academic and exciting at the same time. And a small, volunteer-run team needed one partner who could carry the story from the first announcement to opening day.

One system, from the first announcement to the stage.
A brand and website that change with every theme, but always look like MITAI.
The website carries most of the weight. It turns programs, speakers, sponsors, and registration into something a visitor can actually follow.
Everything else makes the event feel real: decks, print, stage graphics, sponsor materials, social posts. When the pandemic shut down the venue, that same system took on livestreaming and kept people connected.

Built for people scanning fast.
Speakers, agenda, context, and the path to register. Designed to be skimmed, then acted on.
Same brand, everywhere it shows up.

Ten years in, still recognizable.
Themes changed. Teams changed. Formats changed. MITAI still looked like MITAI. What started as “the Future of AI” has grown into something bigger: using technology for real-world impact.
The clearest sign it worked? It’s still going. Ten editions in, on a platform that handles keynotes, case studies, office hours, roundtables, sponsors, and a growing international community.
